Dear Parents and Staff,

Please know that many Teacher Page sections of our websites are not available at the moment.

With the release of the Schedules for Grades 5-12 on Tuesday, Aug. 26th - we know you are eager to look at your teachers' content. 

We are working with our vendor to resolve the issues we are having with the visibility of these pages and anticipate the issue will be resolved soon.

Teachers - please know that the content you had on your pages will remain once the links are re-published (it is not lost).

If you are a student in grades 6-12, please log in to the student portal.

If your login does not work, please try the 'Forgot My Password' link above BEFORE contacting support. Please note that the "Forgot Password'' link will work only with parents who have an e-mail as their login ID.

For questions or problems with your login IDs or password (or if you do not have them), please send an e-mail to portalsupport@jacksonsd.org . Please include your name and phone number, as well as your child's name, school, grade, student ID number and the problem you are experiencing. WE ARE ANSWERING EMAILS AND VOICEMAILS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

NOTE: To access final report cards for a previous school year, please click on the Available Report Cards Tab under Grading. Then choose the appropriate report card you would like to view.
