Welcome to the Jackson School District Parent Portal for the 2017-2018 school year.

If your login does not work, please try the 'Forgot My Password' link above BEFORE contacting support. Please note that the "Forgot Password'' link will work only with parents who have an e-mail as their login ID.

For questions or problems with your login IDs or password (or if you do not have them), please send an e-mail to portalsupport@jacksonsd.org . Please include your name and phone number, as well as your child's name, school, grade, student ID number and the problem you are experiencing. WE ARE ANSWERING EMAILS AND VOICEMAILS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

High School and Middle School student schedules will be available after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 22. Elementary teacher assignments will be available after 9 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 28. Bus passes will be available after 9 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29.

NOTE: If during the course of the next few weeks you see forms re-appear when you login to our system, it is because there was an error on your form and we must ask you to resubmit it. The most common errors are failing to check a box. Please take care when submitting your form. Once you finish the forms, you will be able to access the other areas of the portal.
